Abia State Governor Otti Pledges Unwavering Support to New Service Commanders for Enhanced Security

Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti OFR, affirms his unwavering commitment to providing full support to the newly redeployed service commanders in the state, emphasizing the crucial role of security in fostering economic growth and development.

During the official send-off ceremony for meritorious service commanders, Governor Otti expresses gratitude to outgoing commanders and highlights the successes in securing areas like Leru, Lokpanta, and Lekwesi. Welcoming the new commanders, he charges them to exceed their predecessors’ achievements in ensuring security across the state.

The Special Adviser to the Governor on Security, Commander Macdonald Uba (Rtd), commends the outgoing commanders for their dedicated service and notes their contribution to making Abia a leading crime-free state.
