Port Harcourt High Court Issues Injunction Against Alleged Impersonation in Rivers State House of Assembly

A Port Harcourt High Court, led by His Lordship, Hon. Justice Charles N. Wali, has issued an interim injunction prohibiting Martin Amaewhule and his associates from presenting themselves as members of the Rivers State House of Assembly or convening at the Auditorium of the House of Assembly Quarters on Aba Road, Port Harcourt, or any other location, to conduct or claim to conduct legislative duties, as their seats in the legislature have been declared vacant until the Motion on Notice is heard and decided.
