“COME, LET’S WORK TOGETHER FOR THE BETTERMENT OF ABIA STATE,” DR. ALEX OTTI TELLS OPPONENTS

After receiving affirmation from the Supreme Court, Abia State Governor Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, reaffirms his commitment to providing good governance for the people of Abia.

In a press conference following the court’s decision, Governor Otti expresses his determination to restore the dignity of the Abia people and aims to position the state positively among others in Nigeria.

Acknowledging President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s dedication to judicial independence, Governor Otti credits non-interference for positive outcomes in the country and urges the President to continue along this path.

The Governor commends the judiciary for upholding the people’s will and asserts its role as the last hope for the common man. He extends gratitude to fellow governorship candidates, especially those who avoided legal battles, and thanks anointed men of God for their prayers.

Governor Otti invites opponents to set aside differences, emphasizing the importance of unity for the state’s positive development. He emphasizes inclusivity, welcoming ideas from all, regardless of political, ethnic, or religious affiliations.

Congratulating fellow Governors who also secured legal victories, Governor Otti calls on the people of Obingwa to abandon outdated and fraudulent election practices. He expresses gratitude to God and the Abia people for their support in rescuing the state from mal-administration.
