BREAKING NEWS: Alex Otti Floors Ikechi Emenike in Court, Judge described the petition as strange to Jurisprudence
The Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Umuahia, this evening, struck out the petition of the All Progressive Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate, Mr. Ikechi Emenike against the governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, of the Labour party.
Reading out the judgement, the judge explained that his prayer looks strange to the jurisprudence and thereby dismissed the petition for lacking in merit.
